Refund & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, including limited-edition, collectible, vintage, pre-loved, consignment, body jewelry, cosmetics, contact lenses, and specialty items, Goth With Glitter does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review product descriptions, photos, measurements, sizing, and other details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, please contact us before placing your order—we’re always happy to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at heather@gothwithglitter.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Approved claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Damage, defects, or issues that were clearly disclosed in the product description or photos before purchase are not considered eligible claims.

Sizing & Fit

Because sizing can vary significantly between brands, vintage pieces, and pre-loved clothing, incorrect fit or sizing is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please review any available measurements before purchasing and contact us if you need additional measurements or sizing information.

Final Sale & Hygiene-Sensitive Items

For health and hygiene reasons, items such as body jewelry, earrings, cosmetics, contact lenses, and other personal-use products are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

By completing a purchase from Goth With Glitter, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
